Finished today in Mazzaron a gem of a bathroom. This project had an issue with the floor tiles in the entranceway, they were literally lifting against each other and were raised up like a pitched roof about 3 cm. We agreed as the tiles were no longer available to lift clean and re fix, without charge as part of the job. However when we tried to get them out they all broke (6) tiles. So we decided to buy new tiles for the bathroom and used the old tiles to repair the hall ( again free of charge) Why did we do that?
Empathy really our clients in the UK not aware of the issue and looking forward to coming over for a holiday they don’t want to hear horror stories and unforeseen charges, and we think that that’s what makes us different.
Any way all out bath out shower in. Re tiled and bespoke custom basin unit made. Toilet re sited for general better access. All in circa €3600
